At VibeLyze, privacy is an architectural standard, not a marketing claim. Here is our exact data handling policy for YouTube audience analysis.
1. Public YouTube Data Ingestion Only
VibeLyze only retrieves and processes public comments and live chat text made publicly visible on YouTube videos and broadcasts.
- We never request access to your private YouTube history, watch habits, or subscriptions.
- We never request access to your personal Google Drive or Gmail credentials.
- We operate strictly within the bounds of the official YouTube Data API v3 developer specifications.
2. 100% Ad-Free with Zero Third-Party Ad Trackers
We do not embed Google AdSense, Meta tracking pixels, behavioral data brokers, or retargeting scripts.
Your queries and URL inputs remain private. We do not sell user query data or audience reports to marketing aggregators.
3. Edge Storage & Cloudflare D1 Architecture
VibeLyze runs on Cloudflare Edge infrastructure. If you save an analysis or sign up for a Pro or Agency tier:
- Authentication tokens are securely hashed using industry-standard cryptography.
- Audit histories and report snapshots are stored in our encrypted Cloudflare D1 SQL database.
- You may request complete deletion of your saved analyses or account at any time.
4. Ephemeral AI Inference (No Public Training)
Comments ingested for analysis are routed through zero-data-retention enterprise inference endpoints (Groq LPUs and Anthropic API).
Neither VibeLyze nor our AI infrastructure providers use your analyzed video comments or custom queries to train public foundation models.
5. Cookie & Local Storage Policy
We use minimalist, essential browser storage solely to preserve your login session and light/dark theme preference. No tracking cookies are placed on your machine.
6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Users in the EU and California maintain full rights to access, export, or permanently delete any stored records. For data requests, contact our team or connect directly with our founder.
